1- Certified copy of Burkina Faso national identity card.
2- Certificate of Burkina Faso nationality
3- A copy of the judicial record
4- Three (03) passport-size photographs
5- 200 CFA francs stamps
6- A sum of 50,000 CFA francs.
7- Parental authorisation for minors
8- Traders must attach a trade register
9- Students must attach a copy of their school certificate or student card.
10- For civil servants and other professionals, please attach a document proving their position.
Renewal of Ordinary Passport
Required documents
1- Completed form with a stamp of 200 CFA francs.
2- A copy of the legal birth certificate
3- Three (3) passport-size photographs on a white background.
4- Legal copy of the Consular Identity Card (CIC).
5- A copy of the old passport
6- The sum of Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred and Seventy (16.6670) Naira.
